Spin Classes are one of the most effective interval training methods around! This session will have you sweating, while you spin to high intensity music.

In this class we combine basic boxing combinations with circuit training to get your sweating! All fitness levels are welcome, and no experience boxing or kickboxing is required.

we combine free weights with squats, lunges, and high-interval exercises so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals.
